A producer who built his career from the inside out — from associate producer on Holy Cow and Tipppsy to co-producer on Cannes-bound Echoes of Us.
Ramesh Sharma came in as Associate Producer on Holy Cow (2022), the Hindi satirical comedy directed by Sai Kabir and fronted by Sanjay Mishra with a Nawazuddin Siddiqui cameo — a production that gave him ground-level experience on a full Bollywood feature. He carried that role forward onto Tipppsy (2024), director-actor Deepak Tijori's tightly-wound crime thriller that drew critical praise across eight major outlets on opening weekend and holds a 7.9 on IMDb.
His step up to Co-Producer came with Dulhaniya Le Aaeegi (2025), and on Echoes of Us (2025) he brought that producing experience to bear on one of the most decorated Indian short films in recent memory. The film — directed by Joe Rajan and starring Deepak Tijori and Iulia Vantur — collected 88 international festival laurels, swept the 11th Dadasaheb Phalke Awards in three categories (Best Director, Best Actor, Best Actress), and screened at the 79th Cannes Film Festival on 14 May 2026 and the French Riviera International Film Festival on 16 May 2026.
From associate producer to a Cannes-bound co-production — Ramesh Sharma is a producer who gets the work done and raises the stakes every time.
